Cut, Make and Trim (CMT) is an ideal option for new designer brands and start-ups who already have the designs, arranged pattern cutting, sampling, finalized tech packs and sourced the materials to make.

De Ronde Creative Hub can scale our CMT Production to your needs and can help out in other areas such as pattern cutting, sampling and advise on sourcing materials if you’re having difficulties in any of those areas.

 
PRODUCT
  • You supply the design, tech packs, fabrics and trims (such as zips, buttons etc.) we Cut, Make and add the Trims.
  • Production right here in the UK.
  • We can assist you in any pre production areas your unsure of (sampling, sourcing etc.).
  • Quality control procedures in place for the making and end garment inspections
  • We bag, box and ship to you


Not yet got designs, or have designs and not able to source a pattern cutter or sort pre-production sampling and grading, then why not consider our fully factored production options and take the pressure off by letting De Ronde Creative Hub deal with all aspects of production in house.
